Importing a Plesk backup

Conflict Check

If any domains you are importing already exist in your LxRoot account, you must delete them to proceed with the import.

  1. Select Website importer in the left sidebar.
  2. Click New import and select Plesk.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to generate a compatible Plesk backup.

Note: The backup must be a full backup and not password protected.

  4. Click Next step and use Choose file to upload the backup from your desktop.
  5. Select Next step again to process the file.
  6. Review any conflicts highlighted in the red modal.
  7. Select Import now to finish.
