Upgrade or Downgrade a Package

LxRoot allows you to adjust customer subscriptions on the fly. As a website grows in popularity, you can seamlessly transition a customer from a shared hosting package to a dedicated package without any data migration or downtime.

To upgrade or downgrade a package:

1. Open Customers in the left side bar.
2. Click on the customer you would like to manage.
3. Visit the Packages tab within the customer profile.
4. Locate the package you wish to change, click the drop-down menu (actions), and select Upgrade/downgrade.
5. When the modal loads, select the new package from the list.
6. Click Subscribe to apply the changes immediately.
