Packages
A package is a collection of resources and tools that a customer can be subscribed to. Customers can be subscribed to multiple packages simultaneously, all of which are managed through the centralized LxRoot panel.
Common Package Types
While you can create completely custom resource sets, LxRoot is designed to easily deploy popular hosting configurations:
Shared Hosting
Standard multi-tenant hosting where resources are shared across a server group.
Dedicated Hosting
Packages pinned to a specific server for guaranteed resource isolation.
Location Based
Leverage server groups to offer region-specific hosting (e.g., UK or US based).
Managed WordPress
Optimization-focused packages with WordPress pre-installed upon provisioning.
Package limits (disk space, bandwidth, mailboxes) are enforced at the subscription level. You can upgrade or downgrade a customer's package at any time without data loss.
