Webmail (Roundcube)
Webmail is already configured with LxRoot.
Get your webmail login url from your provider. If You're a SuperAdmin, Navigate to Application > Platform Setup to check or change the url where your clients will go to login into their mails.
Access Tip
Alternatively, customers can always access their webmail by visiting https://mail.{customer_domain}, provided the DNS is correctly configured.
Set Custom Webmail Domain
To define the global URL for your Roundcube installation:
- Open Application in the left sidebar.
- Select Platform Setup from the settings menu.
- Scroll to Webmail website domains.
- Select the edit button next to the Roundcube domain field, enter your desired domain (e.g., webmail.yourprovider.com), and hit Save.
DNS Requirement
If your nameservers are managed externally, ensure the DNS records for your chosen Roundcube domain point directly to the control panel server IP.
