Subscribe a Customer to a Package
Customers can be subscribed to multiple shared and dedicated packages, and a single reseller package. All active subscriptions can be managed simultaneously from within the LxRoot control panel.
To subscribe a customer to a package:
- Open Customers in the left side bar.
- Click on the specific customer you would like to manage.
- Visit the Packages tab in the customer view.
- Select the Subscribe package button.
- When the modal loads, select your desired package from the dropdown and click Subscribe to finish.
Subscription Tip
Subscribing a customer to a Reseller package will grant them the ability to create their own customers and manage their own sub-estate within your cluster.
